As a proud sponsor and the official I.T partner of the Parramatta Eels, HD IT quickly sprung into action when the reality of COVID-19 hit suddenly. Our customers always come first. We knew that operating at full capacity remotely, would be challenging for businesses. The Parramatta Eels was no exception.


We acted quickly and decisively to ensure that all staff could work from home in an efficient, productive, and secure manner. We leveraged Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams to ensure that the remote working experience kept the team collaborating and feeling connected.


The end result was that the Parramatta Eels management and administrative teams were seamlessly working remotely within two days, with access to all systems.
