Parramatta Leagues Club (PLC) is a popular community venue in Western Sydney that has over 50,000 members. It is a premier destination for entertainment, dining and leisure and has several facilities for both members and guests to enjoy.
With a dedicated inhouse IT manager, it was becoming difficult to service end-users on a day to day basis, whilst also delivering the long-term IT strategy, and implementing projects.
Partnering up with HD IT under a co-managed IT services agreement has allowed Parramatta Leagues Club to supplement their in-house IT resource with our HD IT expertise.
PLC was able to leverage their existing IT skillset and engage HD IT to provide them with only the support they needed, allowing PLC to focus on core objectives.
HD IT was able to provide PLC with on-demand highly skilled on-site and remote resources, Technical subject matter experts for solution design and delivery, access to the leading IT management systems, and access to a local service desk.
PLC gained many benefits including improved employee productivity, and a responsive IT service even when the in-house IT team are away. HD IT was also able to drive lower overhead costs and access to HD IT’s broad knowledge on emerging IT security and technologies.
Most recently, the capacity provided to the Club’s IT Manager to implement a secure remote working solution meant that the Club was ready to respond quickly to the COVID-19 situation and have a fully productive remote workforce.
